Welcome to MasterCraft La Habra Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any landscaping work with us.
Services We Provide
We offer professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. When you hire us, we will complete the work as described in your quote or service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the work site is unsafe or if we determine the requested work is not feasible. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a service, we will provide you with an estimated date and time. Weather conditions or unexpected circumstances may cause delays. We will do our best to notify you of any changes at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Pricing and Payment
We provide free quotes for all services. The final price may vary if additional work is needed or if site conditions differ from what we initially assessed. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
Your Responsibilities
Before we arrive, please make sure the work area is accessible. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might block our equipment. Please also ensure any pets are secured during our visit.
If you have underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features in your yard, let us know before we start work. You are responsible for marking these locations or providing us with accurate information about them.
Warranties and Guarantees
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Plant materials come with varying warranties depending on the type and season. We will explain what is covered when you receive your quote. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, pests, improper watering, or other factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unmarked underground utilities, or issues that arise from conditions we could not reasonably foresee. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new terms on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
